# Modern Villa and Enclosed Grounds

## Task

Reconstruct the villa shown in the supplied public reference photographs and measured design drawings as one coherent, editable 3D Blender scene. **Both the reference photographs and the design drawings are required modeling inputs. Open and visually inspect their actual image files before modeling, and revisit the relevant views and drawing details as you build.** Reading this text, image captions, file names or bounding-box dimensions alone is not sufficient to recover the scene.

Use photographs to recover appearance, visible shapes, furniture, materials and lighting. Use plans, elevations, sections and measured dimensions to recover the site's layout, floor levels, openings, structure and fixture placement. Cross-check both sources rather than treating either as optional inspiration. The task is to reconstruct this particular referenced property.

The public inputs are available in `/workspace/assets/`:

- **Design drawings:** `assets/drawings/` - 13 measured sheets, embedded below; the complete set is [design-drawings.pdf](assets/drawings/design-drawings.pdf). Open the individual sheet PNGs to inspect small features and dimensions.
- **Reference photographs:** `assets/images/` - 23 calibrated views, embedded and captioned below.
- **Calibration and measurements:** `assets/cameras/` - `public_cameras.json`, `dimensions.json`, `drawings.json` and `calibration.json`.

## What to Reconstruct

The requirements below organize the existing public evidence; they do not introduce additional unseen rooms or objects. Refer to the linked images and sheets while modeling each area. Technical calibration and every delivered image follow these requirements.

### 1. Complete property and main architecture

- Preserve the relative positions and proportions of the villa, pool court, detached garden pavilion, terraces, paths, planted borders and enclosing/retaining walls.
- Model both storeys, floor and roof slabs, projecting upper volumes, columns, facade openings, dark window frames, transparent glazing and curtains.
- Include rear entrance steps and terrace, roof edges, upper skylights and evidenced partitions. Openings and circulation must connect consistently in three dimensions.
- **Reference photographs:** [P01](assets/images/P01.png), [P05](assets/images/P05.png), [P06](assets/images/P06.png), [P16](assets/images/P16.png), [P18](assets/images/P18.png), [P19](assets/images/P19.png), [P25](assets/images/P25.png), [P27](assets/images/P27.png).
- **Design drawings:** [A-001 site plan](assets/drawings/A-001.png), [A-101 ground plan](assets/drawings/A-101.png), [A-102 upper plan](assets/drawings/A-102.png), [A-103 roof plan](assets/drawings/A-103.png), [A-201](assets/drawings/A-201.png) and [A-202 elevations](assets/drawings/A-202.png), [A-301 sections](assets/drawings/A-301.png).

### 2. Ground-floor dining, living and circulation zones

- **Dining zone:** reconstruct the individual dining table and chairs, their shapes and arrangement, adjacent glazed doors, curtains and visible tiled floor.
- **Living zone:** reconstruct the sectional/sofa, accent seating, coffee table, floor lamp, suspended light elements, fireplace and their reference-supported arrangement.
- **Circulation:** reconstruct the open-tread stair and its supports, links between dining/living spaces, doorways and visible partitions.
- **Cabinetry and fixtures:** include the evidenced ground-floor cabinetry, worktops and kitchen/bath fixtures. Follow the modeled details in the drawings; do not invent a different room layout.
- **Reference photographs:** [P03](assets/images/P03.png), [P04](assets/images/P04.png), [P07](assets/images/P07.png), [P08](assets/images/P08.png), [P09](assets/images/P09.png), [P10](assets/images/P10.png), [P17](assets/images/P17.png).
- **Design drawings:** [A-101](assets/drawings/A-101.png), [A-301](assets/drawings/A-301.png), [A-302 supplementary sections](assets/drawings/A-302.png), [A-204 kitchen details](assets/drawings/A-204.png), [A-205 bath details](assets/drawings/A-205.png).

### 3. Upper level

- Reproduce the evidenced upper-level cabinetry and worktops, circulation, doorways, wall light, glazed openings, roof strips/skylights and bathroom fixtures.
- Follow the floor levels and partition geometry shown in the upper plan and sections. Closed, unlit spaces require coherent architectural shells; unseen interior decoration is not required.
- Do not invent furnished bedrooms or add major furniture absent from the public evidence.
- **Reference photographs:** [P11](assets/images/P11.png), [P12](assets/images/P12.png), [P14](assets/images/P14.png), [P25](assets/images/P25.png).
- **Design drawings:** [A-102](assets/drawings/A-102.png), [A-103](assets/drawings/A-103.png), [A-301](assets/drawings/A-301.png), [A-302](assets/drawings/A-302.png), [A-204](assets/drawings/A-204.png), [A-205](assets/drawings/A-205.png).

### 4. Pool court, covered patio and detached pavilion

- **Pool court:** model the pool, water surface, coping/surround, adjacent lawn, paths and enclosing walls in their correct spatial relationship.
- **Covered patio:** include the fireplace and the round dining table with its wire base and four upholstered chairs. Model these as distinguishable objects rather than one group block.
- **Detached pavilion:** include the pavilion/deck, stone counter and outdoor kitchen, fire pit, timber elements and water channels evidenced by the references.
- Include the supported north/rear terrace components and entrance steps.
- **Reference photographs:** [P02](assets/images/P02.png), [P13](assets/images/P13.png), [P15](assets/images/P15.png), [P16](assets/images/P16.png), [P21](assets/images/P21.png), [P22](assets/images/P22.png).
- **Design drawings:** [A-001](assets/drawings/A-001.png), [A-104 south terrace](assets/drawings/A-104.png), [A-105 north terrace](assets/drawings/A-105.png), [A-203 component elevations](assets/drawings/A-203.png).

### 5. Materials, lighting and modeling detail

Match the reference-supported pale concrete/plaster, stone paving and cladding, dark window frames, transparent glazing, light curtains, wood accents, upholstery, warm tiled floors, blue pool water and planting. Reproduce the cool cloudy dusk environment, warm interior/patio lighting and illuminated planted borders with consistent brightness and shadow softness.

Prioritize (1) complete spatial layout and architectural structure, (2) correctly placed major furniture and fixtures, and (3) supported local shapes, materials and lighting. Tables need their tops and supports; chairs and sofas need their visible seats, backs and supports; cabinets need the evidenced divisions and worktops. An object's measured envelope is a placement/scale constraint, not permission to replace an irregular shape with a solid box.

The core property is approximately X = -18 to 18 m and Y = -27 to 27 m. Distant ground and trees beyond the enclosing walls may be simplified as coherent context. Fine vegetation, tiny accessories and unrecoverable texture details may be simplified. Infer plausible thickness, backs and supports from the supplied views; do not invent unsupported major structures or objects. Keep geometry, placement and materials coherent from other viewpoints.

## Reference-based Self-check

Before submitting, reopen the final file and render representative public cameras using the supplied calibration. Inspect the rendered images against the corresponding public reference photographs: check the site and villa silhouette, floor levels/openings, room layout, furniture positions, materials and lighting. Include exterior and interior comparisons and correct visible mismatches. A successful save, an object count or a generic preview alone does not establish reference fidelity.

Your scene is evaluated for image appearance/depth and 3D geometry at whole-property, spatial-zone and selected-object scales. The exact private views and spatial regions are not supplied; they assess reconstruction supported by the public inputs. Build a complete 3D scene rather than optimizing one camera view. Only the final `.blend` file is required as the submission.

Also inspect nearby translated and rotated viewpoints around the supplied public cameras, with partially overlapping fields of view. Check that openings, depth ordering, silhouettes, surfaces and supported furnishings remain coherent as the viewpoint changes; use multiple distinct positions rather than repeating one framing. No additional written report or self-check images are required.

## Coordinate System and Scale

All images and drawings use the same right-handed metre coordinate frame: +Z is up. Main-villa plans normally show +X right and +Y up; the rotated site plan and other view directions are specified in the drawing section and per-panel calibration. The origin is the fixed (0,0,0) drawing datum, not the scene centre. One Blender unit is one metre. Use saved frame 33. The main ground floor is near Z = 0 m; the upper slab spans approximately Z = 3.10 to 3.20 m and the villa roof envelope reaches about Z = 6.54 m.

The following measured envelopes give public dimensions and placements. They are axis-aligned bounding boxes, not claims that irregular objects are solid boxes. Full precision is in `assets/cameras/dimensions.json`.

## Design Drawings

The formal drawing set contains thirteen A1 landscape sheets derived from the scene at frame 33. Use the public photographs for appearance and lighting, and the measured drawings for spatial layout, modeled fixtures and structure. The complete PDF is [design-drawings.pdf](assets/drawings/design-drawings.pdf).

All views share the metre world frame. Each panel has its own orthographic direction, scale and cut height. Most main-villa plans show +X right and +Y up; the site plan A-001 is rotated (+Y right, -X up). Elevations and vertical sections show +Z up. Model directions do not establish geographic north. The cut height printed on a horizontal section is a viewing plane, not a floor or ceiling elevation.

Heavy contours mark cut geometry; finer contours mark visible projections. Dimensions label measured features as printed; an overall floor projection is not a room clear span. Use the measured envelopes above and `assets/cameras/dimensions.json` for additional dimensions. Per-panel pixel transforms, directions, crop extents and scales are recorded in `assets/cameras/drawings.json` and `assets/cameras/calibration.json`. Multi-view sheets must not be projected using a single sheet-wide transform.

## Reference Images and Cameras
The twenty-three delivered views progress from far aerial/site overviews through connected room and facade views to focused component details. The actual images provide oblique, rear and elevated top-down coverage while retaining the whole site, both principal room zones and the selected furniture and fixture targets.

Matrices below are displayed row-major and multiply column vectors. Tcw transforms Blender camera-local coordinates into world metres. Blender camera axes are +X right, +Y up, -Z forward. For projection, transform world points with inverse(Tcw), then convert to computer-vision axes using diag(1,-1,-1): +X right, +Y down, +Z forward. Apply K to those CV coordinates and divide by depth. Pixel coordinates originate at the top-left image edge; pixel centres are (column + 0.5, row + 0.5). Images have square pixels, no camera shifts and no crop. Displayed matrices are rounded to eight decimal places; `assets/cameras/public_cameras.json` retains full precision. All images are perspective projections.

## Submission Requirements

Save the self-contained editable scene at `/workspace/output/submission.blend`, with frame 33 saved and metre-scale coordinates. Pack all textures and resolve external libraries; the scene must open independently using Blender 4.5.14 LTS. Supply real editable geometry and scene lighting. Do not use camera-facing image planes, camera-dependent geometry switches, or reference-image compositing as substitutes for reconstruction. The only submitted artifact is the Blender file at the specified path.
